Customers, clients, audiences, sponsors, and partners shall have no right or license to use any of our materials except solely during the term of a contracted license or agreement. All other rights in and to the C.A.P. Program (TM) materials are expressly reserved by End of the Rainbow Projects, Inc. and its tradenames.
