B.E. S.E.E.N. Training
Everyone experiences bias, and everyone carries their own set of biases. These biases can negatively impact our ability to connect and communicate if we aren’t aware of them and consciously working to address them. Our B.E. S.E.E.N. training is designed to stand alone but can also be incorporated into the Magnetic Thought Leadership Training as an add-on.
The training focuses on helping each individual recognize their own biases, identify the biases of others, and formulate strategies that help them overcome those biases by focusing on: Service, Empathy, Empowerment, and Negotiation, creating win-win scenarios that work for both parties.
R.I.S.E. U.P. & L.E.A.D.!
Contrary to popular sentiment, it’s possible to discuss any topic with any person without getting into a heated argument or offending them. The trick is to R.I.S.E. U.P. & L.E.A.D!
