The 8 C’s (Clarity, Commitment, Consistency, Communication, Connection, Community, Collaboration, and Conversion) of Magnetic Thought Leadership Training define success and set the right tone for approaching leadership.

We then dive into the three steps required to convert critics and adversaries into allies and advocates, helping participants learn the skills needed to R.I.S.E. U.P. and L.E.A.D., Take the L.E.A.D. in challenging conversations, B.E. S.E.E.N. in any room, and end with giving them the tools to L.E.A.P. into Action by creating accountability systems that help keep their people on track.

During the clarity portion of the process, we develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) that allow leaders and those they are leading to self-access, monitor progress, identify problems and correct course, and provide measurable proof of success, which can be shared with stakeholders to build team momentum and inspire participation.

This interactive seminar encourages participation and group discussion of the key concepts presented. The content is covered in 15 minute increments allowing for 10 minutes of Q & A followed by a 5 minute break.

Day 1: Covering the Clarity, Commitment, Consistency, and Communication required to map out your Magnetic Thought Leadership Vision and begin implementing it with those under your lead.

Day 2: Covering the necessity of Connecting to those you lead as well as offering practical strategies for doing so, building a Community so everyone feels like they belong and that they matter, Collaborating with people, teams, and other groups outside of the department or team to add value and get more done, and then covers strategies for Converting critics and adversaries into allies and advocates that, rather than stopping you, help you build momentum.

Day 3: We cover how to R.I.S.E. U.P. (Relevant, Interesting, Serving, Enlightening before Unifying and Partnering) so leaders can speak about any topic without fear of offending others, Take the L.E.A.D. (Listen, Empathize, Ask, and Develop) in challenging conversations, B.E. S.E.E.N. (Bias Education and Techniques for Overcoming It), as well as L.E.A.P. (Leaders & Executives Accountability Program) into Action to help keep everyone on track and moving in the right direction.

The monthly accountability check-in reviews the established KPI’s and strategies for overcoming any obstacles encountered as the training is implemented. Customized one-on-one and group check-ins are available as options. Each module ends with activities/quizzes for self-assesment and to ensure understanding of the content presented.
